We are open Monday to Friday from 9:30 am until 5:00 pm. You can either ship to us or drop your repair off at our facility. If shipping, we request you pack well and enclose your contact details (including an e-mail address) along with a brief description of the fault you are experiencing along with a copy of your proof of purchase if under warranty.
Our evaluation fee is the cost for our technicians to look at your product and diagnose the fault when out of warranty. This can include testing, checking functions and in some cases disassembling your product to check for problems. We will call or email you once the evaluation is completed to let you know what the cost will be for repair before we proceed.
We provide a 90-day warranty on the parts and labor confined to the work carried out.
Once the repair is completed you can pay when picking up. Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard and American Express accepted. If you have shipped in, we’ll send you a secure online payment request prior to sending back to you.
We make every effort to accommodate a quick turnaround for sensor cleaning. Often, firmware upgrades included in the service can take longer than the actual cleaning. Please call ahead to arrange.
